1. Items are sold on a first come, first served basis. If you would like something that has been sold, email me and we can work something out. No guarantees.
2. Fill in the order form ONLY IF YOU ARE SERIOUS.

3. Items are not exchangeable, and not refundable.
4. Prices are non-negotiable, although discounts may be given with bulk purchases.
5. Each pendant comes with a free length of stretchy black cord. Earrings come with ear wires. Please specify if you are allergic to metals other than gold/silver. If you do not, Rusty Pliers is NOT responsible for any allergies developed.
6. Payment by PayPal. If you live in Melaka, KL or Seremban, contact me to arrange for a COD.
7. No backing out after confirmation (i.e. after sending the form).
8. Items are delivered after payment has been made. (With the exception of CODs.) If there is any delay in delivery, you will be notified.
9. If you want an item (particularly a commission) for a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc.) please contact me AT LEAST THREE MONTHS in advance to get all the details ironed out.
